Katie is a native Floridian with a background in banking/lending and has been in real estate for 5 years. As a Licensed Realtor and Director of Closings for Todd Schroth Home Selling Team, she says the part of the job she loves the most is seeing the client happy at the end of the transaction. “Nothing feels better than a compliment on the team’s service when all is said and done.” Katie handles the file from pending contract all the way until the closing, managing inspections, appraisals and having direct communication with lenders, title companies and the client. When Katie isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and son, especially at the beach! She also loves reading, traveling, and Miami Dolphin/Hurricane football!
