When you look at the sales in February 2017 vs February 2018, were not up a ton - only .6% in sales volume. BUT this month compared to LAST month, there was an 11% increase in sales. Buyers are desperately searching and purchasing at a FAST rate. (Huge bonus for you home sellers.)

There are currently 7,706 homes available for purchase through the MLS. Our inventory level is almost 9% lower than this time last year.

The average days on market for homes before going under contract is 64 days total. Nearly two months. This number is hard to go by - a lot of homes sit on the market for much longer than the norm due to lack of realistic list price and then other homes FLY off the MLS in a matter of hours to days. 

Also, the average home sold for 97.33% of it's listing price - so let's figure you listed your home at $250,000 and sold your home for $244,000. Not too shabby, huh?
